Peter and Jane celebrated Radnor Guest House's 10th anniversary in May 2008. We have welcomed a great many people from all over the UK and the rest of the world. We continue to pride ourselves in our personal service and strive to ensure that those staying with us have an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. We are delighted that many of our guests return to enjoy the high standard of hospitality we offer.

The Garden Apartment is our recently re-furbished self-catering accommodation located adjacent to Radnor Guest House. It is ideally situated in a quiet residential area within a few minutes level walk of Bath city centre.

The apartment is centrally-heated throughout and has one double bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and wash-hand basin, lounge and breakfast/ dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is completely non-smoking. To the rear there is an outside patio garden.

The bedroom has a 5ft double bed, spacious wardrobe, dresser, tea and coffee making facilities, hair-drier, full length mirror and freeview television. A travel cot can be accommodated within the bedroom.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa, wide-screen freeview TV with DVD player and a selection of DVD films and books.

The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The kitchen is serviced with cutlery, plates, bowls, cups & sauces, glasses as well as cooking utensils including sauce pans, frying pan and wok.

The apartment has other amenities including iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Bed linen, towels and bathroom condiments are also provided.

Check-in can be made from early afternoon onwards on the day of arrival; the apartment is normally serviced and available from 2 pm. For those coming by car, on-street parking is available close to the apartment with a parking permit which is provided free of charge during your stay. The apartment should be vacated by 10:30 am on the morning of departure.

Terms & Conditions

Payment may be made at any time between arrival and departure.

We accept payment in cash, by bank cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card, by travellers' cheques in pounds sterling, and by credit or debit card.

We accept most major debit and credit cards, except American Express, but please be advised that a 1.75% bank processing fee is added to all card transactions.

If a reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival, no cancellation charge will be incurred.

If a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival, a cancellation charge equivalent to the whole of the first night's tariff will be levied.

In case of a 'no-show', a charge equal to the total price of the whole reservation will be charged.
