We have two types of properties:

Three Abbey Green is a Four Star Gold award family run bed and breakfast which has seven beautifully restored en suite bedrooms. Three Abbey Green is a Grade 2 Listed townhouse dating back to 1689. Set in an historic square in the heart of Bath, it provides a superb central location for exploring the city – The Abbey, Roman Baths and Pump Rooms are on the doorstep. The Thermae Bath Spa complex is just a three minutes' walk away, as are Sally Lunn's tea shop and the stunning Pulteney Bridge and Weir. The Theatre Royal and a wide choice of restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The Circus, Royal Crescent, Assembly Rooms and Museum of Costume are a ten minutes' stroll through the city. Bath's renowned independent shops, selling everything from designer clothes to obscure cheeses, are all around us. All our rooms have en suite bathrooms, colour T.V., tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms are NON smoking. A computer is provided to allow free internet access at all times for our guests. There is wireless internet access in all guest rooms, which is available without charge. We provide a fridge, accessible to all guests, for chilling drinks. We do not have any single rooms but we will discount the room rate by 10% to reflect single occupancy. Bookings of two nights or more are required at the weekend and three nights or more over Bank Holidays.

Abbey Heights (run by the same family) offers four fantastic Gold award apartments in historic buildings in the city centre, with perfectly designed living spaces for today’s lifestyle. We have one and two bedroom apartments. The two bedroom apartments each have two bathrooms. All apartments are newly renovated and individually finished to exacting standard by expert craftsmen-builders. The furnishings are contemporary, with kitchens fitted with quality (Bosch) appliances. We guarantee the apartments will be available from 1pm, although they may be available earlier (please contact us). Check out is 10am. Bookings must be of 2 nights or more unless it is a Bank Holiday weekend when three nights or more are required.

Please note:
3 night bookings are required on Bank Holiday weekends. We do not mind how early in the day you arrive but it would be really helpful if you were able to check in before 6pm. If you plan to arrive later than this, please advise us so that we can make sure that we are available to great you. We do not accept check ins after noon on Saturdays. A travel cot and bed linen are provided without charge, upon request, for children under two years old. Most rooms will take an extra bed, if required, at an additional GBP50 per person per night (GBP25 for children under 13 years old). Please see our websites for special offers.

It has a 6’ four-poster bed, some lovely pieces of furniture, a comfortable sitting area with a sofa (which can be used as a sofabed at extra cost) and two arm chairs. The focal point of the room is the elegant gas fire and surround with real flame. There are plush curtains to complete the opulent but understated feel to the room. The ensuite shower room is newly refurbished and stylish.

Abbey Green is located right beside Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths. ‘Four’ is a beautiful Georgian bijou apartment, occupied in the 17th century by local musicians. If cancellation takes place within 7 nights of your arrival and we are unable to re-let the room(s), the accommodation cancelled will be charged in full. If you need to cancel more than 7 nights before the arrival date, we will refund the booking payment in full less a GBP20 per room cancellation fee. Visitors should arrange their own cancellation insurance.

If cancellation takes place within 28 days of your arrival and we are unable to re-let the apartment, the accommodation cancelled will be charged in full.
