We accept cash (Danish kroner and Euros) and most major credit cards.

NOTE: On this order confirmation, a credit card surcharge is included. This amount will NOT BE CHARGED if you settle your bill in cash or use a debit card.

Payment is made at your departure.

You may cancel your reservation, at no cost up to two weeks before arrival.

Cancellations later that two weeks before arrival will be charged with a fee of DKK 200 per room.

Cancellations received less than two days in advance of the day of booked arrival will be charged for the first scheduled night.

If cancelled after 10:00AM of the booked day of arrival or No-Show, we must charge for all booked nights plus the value of dinner and other first night extras (if ordered).
