Apple Tree Guest House is a newly decorated and renovated guest house in a prime location in Bath. We offer complimentary guest parking , a 5 minute level walk to the major city centre attractions, rugby ground , train & coach station. Easy access to the tranquil Kennet and Avon canal for those interested in boat hire and long leisurely walks. All of our guest rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. All rooms benefit from private ensuite shower facilities with complimentary guest toiletries, Molton Brown hand care products, hospitality trays, LCD DVD TV's with Freeview, hairdryers, alarm clocks and Free WI-FI.

We are a small family run guest house and we want to be able to personally welcome you into our home. As we do not have a 24 hr reception desk we kindly request all arrivals are by appointment only and preferrably before 6pm. Late arrivals after 6pm must be pre arranged and agreed with owners before any booking will be honoured. Check out is 10am.

This room is ideal for families with Children , or 3 persons travelling together.This is our largest room comprising of a large King size bed plus a single bed. Payment is kindly requested at check in. We do accept all major credit/debit cards, except AMEX, but please be advised £2 bank processing fee is added to all card transactions. We will process a £50 deposit per room booked from your card at time of booking as a deposit (plus £2 bank fee).
We require at least 3 clear days notice, not including day of arrival, of any cancellation. If a cancellation is made with more than 3 days notice we will refund any deposit paid directly to Apple Tree Guest House less £2 bank processing fee. If cancellation is made within 3 days we will try our best to fill the room. However, if this cannot be achieved we will charge for the full amount for the whole original booking made with us.
If you are at all concerned it is advisable to have appropriate travel insurance cover.
We want to personally welcome every guest into our home. As we are a small family owned and operated guest house we do not have a 24 hour reception desk so please note we operate arrivals by appointment only. It is important to arrange and keep us updated on your arrival time in advance of check in. This way we can deliver the high standards of customer service we try our very best to provide you with.
We will also require a mobile telephone number, used only in case of emergencies, just in case we need to contact you on day of check in.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are planning to arrive after 6pm as we can arrange keysafe for you.
