Property Information
Corston Fields Farmhouse is a peaceful, 17th century farmhouse, surrounded by it's own farmland just five miles from the centre of Bath.
The house and the two Annexes are centrally heated, (uniquely powered from renewable energy grown on the farm) and each bedroom has lovely views over the arable fields that surround it.
There's a free farm trail to explore, (bring your rubber boots if it's wet), and a stunning wild-flower meadow to walk around in the summer.
We have plenty of free, well- lit parking.
Our breakfast ingredients are sourced from local farms and we produce our own free-range eggs.
A stay at Corston Fields will be an experience with lots of extras.

With lovely antique furniture, the Mahogany Room has the wow factor, it's both spacious and comfortable and with it's own walk-in shower it celebrates sumptuous old and new design. The Courtyard Annex Book Now
Totally separate from the farmhouse and draped in a Virginia Creeper, the Courtyard Annex is a ground-floor, double, en-suite bedroom. It has it's own outdoor patio area, which is a great place to sit and catch the evening sunshine (with a glass of wine of course!), there are tea & coffee making facilities, a Freeview TV and a lovely bathroom. (A baby cot can be added if requested).
In the morning, your breakfast will be served in the farmhouse.

The Courtyard Annex is available for single occupancy during the week and with it's quiet situation and wifi freely available, it's an ideal place to catch up with all that work we all have to do at the end of the day! There's parking right outside and for dinner in the evening, the Wheatsheaf pub's a short stroll away.

The Garden Annex Book Now
Our Garden Annex is in a tranquil place; it's a peaceful get-away with sitting areas to relax in on hot summer's day.. Normally, there's a king-sized double bed in the room, that we can convert it into two single beds if requested. Please make a note in the 'guest's comments' section as you book on-line, if you require the twin beds.
A stay in the Garden Annex is no ordinary B&B, (full details can be found on our Accommodation page), it's a unique place to enjoy a good night's sleep, then take a hearty breakfast across the way in the farmhouse!

Terms & Conditions
Payments are made on the morning of departure and credit cards (though not debit cards) will be subject to an 3% surcharge.
Two hour, Thermea Spa vouchers are discounted by 10% and payments (which are additional to accommodation charges) are made on the morning of departure. If guests book and pay for extra treatments with the Spa, the Spa will require their voucher numbers, we can forward guests these numbers upon request.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance of arrival. Should guests fail to cancel their reservation within this time, one night's accommodation will be charged to their credit card as a cancellation fee. Given sufficient notice, we will attempt to transfer bookings to another date but please remember that in England a booking is a contract, guests are strongly advised to consider appropriate holiday insurance.
Check-in on date of arrival: between 4 & 6 pm (unless by special arrangement)
Check-out on date of departure: by 10 am
