Cranleigh well kept Victorian house in the quite suburban area just 1 1/2 miles from the city center. You will find it the perfect place to stay with a very warm welcome and personal care from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. We have 9 traditionally styled rooms, all en-suite, ranging from doubles/twins, families and for that special occasion - four poster rooms. All our room rates include breakfast. We have an extensive menu which is all freshly cooked from local produce.

As you are shown to your room you will get your first real impression of how a Victorian middle class family lived - from the sweeping staircase, original fireplaces, large sash windows to chandeliers and cornices. But we have not stay in the past completely - you can also enjoy every modern comfort - luxurious en-suite bathrooms, Digital Flatscreen TV's, DVD players, broadband internet. For that extra special experience we can offer you a private session in our garden hot tub with some extra bubbles - sip champagne or cava on ice whilst relaxing in the warm water. (extra change applies)

We are also licensed and have mini bars stocked with wine, beer and soft drinks - all at pub prices or less! Great for when you have had a hard day in the city and need to relax.

Our 2 standard size rooms are on the second floor facing the front of the house.

Both rooms are traditionally furnished to a high standard. Bed size can be Super King (6ft) or 2 twin (3ft) beds. So that we can guarantee you the right sleeping arrangements please let us know when you book the room if you require the beds to be set up as a twin. Maximum occupancy of these rooms is 2 - extra people/beds can only to accommodated in superior rooms.

We have 2 standard size rooms with four poster beds. Both rooms have king size (5ft) wooden carved four posters with period furnishings to give them a regal feel. It is ideal for those romantic breaks or special occasions. Both rooms overlook the garden.

These are large rooms on the first and second floor, some with views over the garden. If required these rooms can accommodate extra beds.

All three superior rooms are traditionally furnished to a high standard. The high ceilings and the large windows make these room airy and bright, all have original fireplaces, feature beds, sofas so that you can relax, 36” digital flat panel TV with DVD player, telephone WIFI internet, hospitality tray and mini bar fridge. The en-suite shower rooms have hairdryer, large fluffy towels, range of toiletries.

Beds in these rooms are either superking (6ft), 2 doubles (4ft 6in) or 2 twin (3ft). So that we can guarantee you the right sleeping arrangements please let us know when you book the room if you require the beds to be set up as a twin.

Extra beds can be accommodated for families. For triple occupancy please add and extra bed on here. From families of 4 please book the family room. Please note our extra beds are suitable for children and small adults. They have fully sprung mattresses but are slight shorter/narrower than a standerd single.

Terms & Conditions

Please note that we will not take any payment or deposit from your card at this stage. When you depart you will be given an invoice for the full amount including any extras you have incurred when you check out.

Your card details are held as security for the booking in case of cancellation, or non payment of goods or services on departure.

You will be given an invoice when you check out and you can then pay by cash, Debit Card (Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit or Maestro), Credit Cards (Visa or MasterCard).

Please note an additional 2.5% will be added for all credit card payments and 1.25% for NON UNITED KINGDOM issued debit card payments.

Once you make a booking the booking confirmation you receive constitutes a binding contract between us. You can cancel your booking by giving us 3 full days notice before your arrival date. In this instance we reserve the right to charge an cancelation fee of £20 per room cancelled .

If you cancel within 3 days or curtail your stay for any reason then the full amount detailed in your confirmation becomes payable. We will of course endeavor to re-let the room and reduce the amount payable.

Please note that if you do cancel we will issue a confirmation of cancellation to you either by E-mail, Post or Fax and that the booking remains in force until you have received this.

Travel insurance is highly recommended. Travelers from outside the UK should contact their travel agent. UK travelers can obtain insurance from www.travelinsurance.co.uk
