When making a booking at The Omega Hotel a one nights deposit for the room(s) booked will be charged.
If you need to cancel the booking, this can be done up to 5 days before date of arrival and the one night deposit will be refunded and no fees charged.
If cancelled later or in the case of a no-show, the one night deposit will be retained by the hotel.
New Years Eve Terms & Conditions
When making a booking at The Omega Hotel over the New Years Eve period a one nights deposit for the room(s) booked will be charged.
If you need to cancel the booking, this can be done up to 7 days before date of arrival and the one night deposit will be refunded and no fees charged.
If cancelled later or in the case of a no-show, the one night deposit will be retained by the hotel.
Please note when booking a room where a ‘minimum night stay’ applies, the booking cannot be shortened or reduced less than the stated minimum amount of nights.
