Terms & Conditions
A deposit of either 25% of the total cost of your stay or £50.00 per person, whichever is the greater. By paying this you are entering into a contract and accepting our booking conditions. The same applies when you provide your credit/debit card information. The hotel may require payment in full in advance, or on arrival.
On arrival, a credit or debit card will be required for preauthorization for the total account, plus 15% of the total cost of your stay to cover extras such as meals, drinks etc. Any outstanding charges will be debited on departure. For guests without a card, cash will be required on arrival to cover the above.
Cancellations must be received in writing and a cancellation fee based on the following rates will be payable that will be charged to the credit card used for the payment of the deposit as per the terms and conditions of the booking:
56 days or more prior to arrival - deposit only or 25%, whichever is greater.
55 to 28 days prior to arrival - 35%
27 to 14 days prior to arrival - 55%
13 to 7 days prior to arrival - 65%
6 to 1 days prior to arrival - 80%
Arrival day or later - 100%
Holiday insurance is therefore very strongly recommended. Small changes of minor details of a confirmed reservation will incur an administration charge of not less than £5 per booking.
