Rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 2pm the day before arrival. Unless booking on a non refundable rate. In the event of a late cancellation or a no show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
No deposit is required to make bookings unless booking on an advance purchase rate where 100% deposit is required.
Payment is taken on arrival at the hotel.
Please note that a credit/debit card swipe is required upon check in to act as security for the room.
If the guest arriving is not paying for the room, please send an email confirming who is paying to our reception desk. Failure to provide this information will lead to the guest being charged.
Please contact our reception team if you would like to modify or cancel your booking.
Reservations must be cancelled by 2pm on the day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's accommodation and VATWe may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking.
