A grade II listed Victorian townhouse, the Caring Hotel is a family run Bed & Breakfast Hotel (B&B) with a business ethos focused on providing clean, contemporary accommodation coupled with friendly service and warm hospitality. The Caring is situated in a quiet location, in a prestigious part of central London, only a short distance from the northern side of Hyde Park, Oxford Street and the West End. Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT POLICY:

*For bookings covering 1-5 room nights credit cards will be only preauthorized for the 1st night's cost (no deposit required). The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations within 48 hours where credit card details are found to be invalid or declined. Payment may be requested on arrival at the hotel.

*For bookings covering 6 -13 room nights we require a 1 night's deposit per room. This deposit is refundable (minus a £15 admin fee) with at least 14 days notice.

*For bookings covering more than 14 room nights we require a non-refundable 25% deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We wish to promote the best possible relationship with our guests and have introduced the following cancellation policy. It is advisable to consider taking out appropriate insurance cover to compensate for any financial loss due to cancellation.

*For reservations amounting to 1-5 room nights in total, If you cancel your booking please notify us by e-mail before 13.00pm GMT at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date otherwise the amount of 1 night's cost (taken as the average where daily rates may vary) per room booked will be charged against your card.

*For bookings of 6 -13 room nights in total. This deposit is refundable (minus a £15 admin fee) with at least 14 days notice.

*For bookings covering more than 14 room nights in total. The 25% deposit is non refundable.

No-shows (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged the entire stay. Cancellation requests must be confirmed by the hotel in writing.

NB Number of room nights includes instances where multiple rooms are booked under the same name, using the same credit card details, for the same period of time, e.g. 2 double rooms for 3 nights each = 6 room nights booked.

THIRD PARTY CREDIT CARD (CARDHOLDER NOT PRESENT)

If the card and cardholder will not be present, or if the cardholder has made the reservation on behalf of someone else, we will require:

- A credit card authorisation form to be filled out and signed by the cardholder giving permission to charge the card for the reservation stating the guest name(s) and booking reference.

- A copy of the front and back of the card.

- A copy of ID if the back of the card does NOT have the card holder’s signature.

ROOM OCCUPANCY

Rooms are only to be occupied by guests who are staying in the hotel; any visitors must report to reception and sign in as visitors. We do not allow Hotel Guests to have visitors in the rooms after 9pm. Should we find any room to be over occupied we will levy additional charges as we see fit or ask the room to be vacated.

NO SMOKING POLICY

Caring Hotel is a No-Smoking Establishment, therefore we ask our guest not to smoke in any rooms, even if they smoke outside through the windows as smoke can affect other nearby rooms. Any room which has been found to have been smoked in will subject to a one night charge for loss of income and additional cleaning cost.

GUEST VALUABLES

Hotel guests are informed that the proprietors of the hotel will not hold themselves responsible for the loss of: or damage to, any article or articles of value unless they are deposited with the management for safe custody, and a deposit receipt has been issued.

TRAVEL AGENTS

All rates are non-commissionable.

MODIFICATIONS
