A credit card must be given at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. A pre-authorisation shall be taken on arrival with full payment on departure.

DINING
Oscars, our award winning Rosette restaurant, serves food daily between 10am-9pm. If you would like to dine with us during your stay please contact the hotel ahead of your arrival to book in. We are a popular venue for dining and can get busy at peak times; we therefore strongly advise our guests to pre book to avoid disappointment.
Food Allergens: Visitors of the Hotel with food allergies that could lead to allergic reaction are advised to identify themselves to the Oscar’s Team where appropriate measures & advice can be given. The Hotel and its staff cannot be held responsible for reactions from food items consumed within hotel accommodations that were purchased or prepared elsewhere.

ARRIVAL TIME
To ensure that your room is just right for your arrival, check-in time is after 2pm. You are of course welcome to join us for lunch on the day of arrival and we will be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. On the day of your departure, we would be grateful if you could vacate your room by 11am.

CHILDREN
We welcome children to the Hotel. Children will be charged at £15.00 (ages from 3-12) per evening inclusive of bed and breakfast when sharing a room with their parents on a ZBed. Children in their own room will be charged at full rate. Cots are available at a rate of £10 per night. Please note that ZBeds & Cots are limited in availability & must be ordered a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival. Sadly, due to the size of our rooms, we are unable to accommodate more than 1 ZBed in a room.
The hotel would kindly request that all children under 16 be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. It is prohibited that children under this age remain in hotel accommodation on their own

EVENTS
Red Hall Hotel hosts various events throughout the year. These regularly include music being played until 1.00am. If you feel that this may have a negative impact on your stay, please contact the Reception Team on 10706 822476 to discuss further.

PETS
We positively welcome four legged friends in certain bedrooms at an additional cost of £15.00 per night.

NON SMOKING POLICY
In line with the Smoking, Health & Social Care Act, which came into effect in July 2007, the Hotel operates a no smoking policy in all guest rooms, public areas indoors and outdoors, function suites, bars and restaurants. We kindly request that guests observe the no smoking policy at all times and use the designated smoking areas. Any evidence of smoking in the hotel will cause the primary occupant of the room or the lead party booker to be levied with a charge of £150.00

PEEP
If you require a personal emergency evacuation plan please inform us before arrival so we can ensure the necessary arrangements are in place.
