-All rooms are No Smoking. No Pets are allowed in the hotel rooms.
-Weekend rates apply to all weekday holiday periods.
-A 95% refund of your deposit will be made if we are notified of cancellations at least one week in advance.
-Cancellations made less than one week prior to arrival date will be refunded subject to the re-rental of the accomodation for your entire reservation period.
-All prices are based on 2 people in rooms each day.
-There is an additional charge of $10 per additional guest per night over the age of 4.
-A minimum desposit of one day's rental is required.
-All reservations subject to confirmation.
-Reservations are considered commitments for the entire stay.
-Deposits are applied to final bill according to your reservation.
-On select weekends and all of May through October, minimum stay of 2 or more nights are required.
-We can arrange complimentary transportation to and from the Greenport bus or train station when notified 2 days in advance.
